These Terms govern your use of STREAM during its free development beta. By connecting a wallet and using STREAM, you agree to these Terms.

Beta status

STREAM is under active development. Features, content availability, access requirements, and token utilities described here may change without prior notice.

Free access

STREAM does not currently charge a subscription fee. Beta access is granted based on $STRM token holdings as described on the Beta Access page. Holding $STRM does not constitute payment for a service and does not create a contractual right to future features.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent Beta access verification.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to distribute.
• Do not use STREAM to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

No investment advice

Nothing on STREAM constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. $STRM is a utility token used for Beta access and platform participation, not a security.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Beta access at any time, including if a wallet no longer meets the eligibility requirement or violates these Terms.
